1. Reservation Payment

  • Direct Reservations through Our Website:
    • Reservations made directly on our website are paid upon arrival at the property.
    • If you prefer to make a payment via bank transfer prior to your arrival, please note that refunds will be subject to our refund policy outlined below.
  • Reservations through Third-Party Platforms (e.g., Airbnb):
    • For reservations made through third-party platforms like Airbnb, the refund process is handled entirely by the respective platform. We are not responsible for any refunds or financial transactions made through these platforms. Please refer to their refund policies directly.

2. Cancellation and Refund Policy

  • Cancellations for Direct Reservations:
    • If you need to cancel your reservation, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to the scheduled check-in date are eligible for a refund, minus any applicable taxes, banking fees, and transaction costs.
    • Refund Process:
      • If you made a payment via bank transfer and are eligible for a refund, the amount will be refunded to the original payment method within 7-10 business days. Please note that any taxes, bank fees, or transaction costs will be deducted from the refunded amount.
  • No-Show Policy:
    • If you do not show up for your reservation without prior notice, no refund will be provided.
  • Early Departure:
    • In case of an early departure, no refund will be provided for the unused nights.

3. Special Conditions for Refunds

  • Force Majeure:
    • If your stay is affected by an event of force majeure (such as natural disasters, governmental actions, or other unforeseen events beyond our control), we will work with you to either reschedule your stay or provide a partial refund based on the circumstances. Each case will be evaluated individually.
